Requirements
- To participate in this tour, participants must meet all requirements.
- Age requirement: 10 years old or older (17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult)
- Height requirements: 4'9“ – 6'5” (1.45m – 2m)
- Weight requirement : 38kg to 114kg
- For your own safety and the safety of others, participation in bicycle tours requires the ability to ride a standard bicycle. A safety briefing and test ride will be conducted before each tour. If you are unable to ride safely, you will be asked to ride in another vehicle or wait until the tour concludes. No refunds will be issued.
- All participants must sign a waiver before departure
- Guests must check in 45 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. At check-in, you are required to present a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Restrictions
- We do not recommend this tour for guests with back pain or other health concerns, or for those who are pregnant.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol cannot join
- Guests with disabilities should contact us in advance
What to Bring
- Sandals, beach sandals, etc. are not permitted. Please wear sneakers or shoes that cover your feet.
- Long pants recommended
- Only cameras that can be held in one hand or mobile phones/smartphones can be brought on the tour. All other large items must be left in the lockers.
